1. Make some video clilps SPARKcon
2. Upload videos to your YouTube account
3. Tag up to 5 videos with the following info:
   • + “SPARKcon08”
   • + specific SPARK event of the photo (like “artSPARK”)
   • + “contest”
4. Videos will appear at
   www.sparkcon.com/videos/ and Youtube
5. SPARKcon’s Director of Videography, Alex Mengel, will create a jury to make selections by October 15
